«ACEX Group», international freight forwarding company, announces the appointment of Sergei Chaika the Managing director of representative office in Kiev.

Sergey Chaika graduated from the Kiev University of Economics and Technology of Transport, had wide experience in international road transport, the discovery and development of new units, promotion of freight forwarding services in different regions.

According to recent data, the volume of transport services in Ukraine is up to 3 billion dollars a year. "However, the potential is much more, - says Sergey Chaika, who immediately marked short-term goals of development of the department in Kiev:
- In order to increase profitability and improve the quality of service I consider it necessary to master the forwarding in seaports of Ukraine on its own without the involvement of third parties.
- I plan to sign direct contracts with agents for air shipments without intermediaries and with the prospect of our own agency.
- One of the following steps will be hiring new staff members who will be responsible for the freight at airports, combining the duties of a customs broker and the organization of international road freight.
- When reaching a stable volume of rail traffic I plan to get our own codes of railways of Ukraine”.
