V International Forum for Social Entrepreneurs and Investors, one of the major events on social entrepreneurship, will be held on November 24, in Omsk. The key subject of the forum is "From social investment to positive economics". More than 1000 social entrepreneurs from Russian and neighbouring countries and beyond as well as leading international experts will participate in the Forum 2015. Among the guests and participants of the Forum are representatives of national government and large business, social entrepreneurs and investors. The aim of the Forum is promotion of social entrepreneurship in Russia. The event is hosted by Omsk regional public organization "Center for social innovations", its experience is recommended for distribution across Russia. The event will be held with support of the Omsk region government.

Victor Nazarov, the Governor of the Omsk region: "Thanks to work of the Omsk center for Social Innovation private kindergartens and boarding houses appear, the housing for boarding schools graduates is under construction, the availability of medical services for disabled people is improved. Today in Russia there are many examples of useful initiatives of socially responsible business. The successful experience of the state and entrepreneurs collaboration deserves support and should be widely spread. Henceforce, the government will also pay it much attention".
The governor's session will be organized as a part of the Forum anniversary. At the meeting regional leaders will discuss a number of strategically important for the social sphere initiatives development of Russia. These initiatives implementation will increase the number of social enterprises and it will standardize the methods of social services market regulating at the federal level. Traditionally, there will be organized round tables discussions, discussion platforms and Investors' Club meetings. During the Forum a presentation of the best social-entrepreneurial projects using an innovative approach to social problems solving will be carried out. The presented projects will be recommended for replication and usage in other regions of Russia.
